    I chose the 8' yoga strap because I'm 5'8" with a 32" long leg. The straps in class were ok, but I prefer the longer length. This strap is soft and flexible and like another user stated, doesn't need a "break-in" period. The buckle holds just fine and the strap doesn't slip. This is a great strap for the money. I got the green as it seemed a bit muted, but it's actually a very strong green.

    I bought this product for my finance on the advice of a friend. He is NOT flexible at all, but is constantly asking me to help him stretch his sore muscles. At first he did not seem too interested in trying it, but when he decided to use it to "prove me wrong", he fell in love with it. It gets the spots to stretch right where he needs it (mostly his hams). He likes it so much, he's having me get one for his training partner.
    I've used it (when he's not looking) for my shoulders. I play volleyball and my hitting shoulder is VERY tight (the lack of flexibility in my right shoulder compared to my left shoulder is laughable). It allows me to have a 'hand to hand' connection and really work on the stretch, which is impossible otherwise.

    Yoga straps come in varying lengths. The 8' length seems to be perfect for my use.

    My hamstrings are always very tight. I use the yoga strap to help me stretch my legs (hamstrings) while keeping
    my knees straight. The strap helps immensely. I plan to use it each morning when I wake up and again before I go to bed. (I did it for 2 days before we went away for the weekend, and I forgot to take the strap).

    I have a stretch band at home, but the cotton yoga strap seems so much more beneficial. Love it!
