These vanilla beans are absolutely the best that I have purchased, ever. They are very reasonably priced, much less expensive than buying locally. They are large, fresh, plump, and of course very fragrant. The beans are bursting with seeds and pulp, much more so than any that I can buy in local grocery or specialty stores. This means that I can get more use from one of these beans than from others, which increases the value even more. I use the beans to make my own vanilla extract, to make homemade bitters, vanilla sugar, and to cook with. I just finished bottling the vanilla extract made with these beans and it is one of the best batches I have made.
The beans are packaged quite well in an airtight bag, and they arrived very promptly. I keep the beans in a resealable plastic bag inside of a glass jar. Even after a couple of months, the beans that I haven't yet used are still as good as the day they arrived. I will be ordering some more soon.
